Traditional belt conveyors generally use channel steel and roller frames in combination, and the frame is relatively thin. The B6X belt conveyor has undergone a transformation in this regard - using C-shaped steel instead of channel steel and equipped with side guards. Based on this improvement, the overall rigidity of the B6X series belt conveyor frame has been greatly improved.

The 'eight character' support legs are more stable and easier to install

According to feedback from users and installation engineers, traditional belt conveyor leg designs have a series of problems such as poor stability, easy loosening of bolts, and complex installation. Therefore, the B6X adopts a "figure eight" support leg design, which, when combined with a three link installation structure, provides excellent stability; Due to the absence of a large number of bolts for fixation, the installation process is greatly simplified.

Long distance headband design, more conducive to material dropping and safer production

Thanks to the super rigidity of the B6X rack, we are able to adopt a long-distance head frame design. Based on this design, the radius of the material pile is 1.5 to 2 times that of traditional belt conveyors, which is very conducive to material dropping during the production process and can effectively avoid damaging the belt conveyor bracket when mechanical shovels such as loaders shovel materials.

Introducing high-grade cycloidal reducer for better stability and operability

According to customer feedback, the electric drum used in traditional belt conveyors is not conducive to high-power transmission and is prone to heating, resulting in a relatively short service life. Therefore, the B6X belt conveyor adopts a higher-level cycloidal reducer, which greatly improves stability and makes maintenance and replacement very convenient.

Working principle

The B6X series belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that uses conveyor belts as traction and load-bearing components to transport materials through the movement of the conveyor belt carrying materials. The conveyor belt wraps around the drive drum and the tension drum to form an endless circular belt. The upper and lower conveyor belts are supported by rollers to limit the deflection and verticality of the conveyor belt. The tension device provides the necessary tension for the normal operation of the conveyor belt. During operation, the driving device drives the transmission drum, which drives the conveyor belt to run through the frictional force between the transmission drum and the conveyor belt. The material is loaded onto the conveyor belt and moves together with it.
